Bodywork by Brooke

Not all bodies are built the same, so why should the treatment be "one size fits all"?  Each visit targets the problem area causing your pain and/or discomfort.

What To Expect:

Each session will begin with your therapist palpating the areas of concern and testing range of motion.  The treatment plan to follow may include types of active release therapy, stretching, stretching, cupping, bamboo rolling, scraping or muscle stim.  Sessions are completed clothed to the point of your comfort.

Each session will include homework! Your body did not get this way overnight so let's make sure between each visit you keep moving.  Following your session, you will be given mobility work to do before your next visit.
